Reconnect with Yourself with Dyad Meditation

Sometimes I get so busy in my day-to-day life that I get completely caught up in the details and forget who I am.

When this happens sometimes I’m not even aware of it . . . . . until I get the chance to do a dyad. 

Then, given this small 5-minute space in which to connect to that which is real and that which matters, I cry with the joy of reconnecting to myself with the other.

Give yourself a chance to remember what matters.

Come to dyads and connect and reconnect!
