Enlightenment Master’s Training Course

This transformative course is designed to awaken the Master within you and guide you in cultivating the skills necessary to manage every aspect of an Enlightenment Intensive. This is a unique opportunity to work with Colleen and get her take on being a monitor or Master for this incredibly effective and dynamic method.

What you’ll receive:

1. Home Study of the Masters Training Manual
   You’ll dive into this valuable resource, laying the foundation for your journey.
2. 5-Day Residential Training
   Over the course of this immersive experience, you’ll learn how to:

• Be the driving force behind your Enlightenment Intensive
• Understand and embody the ethics of being a Master
• Effectively manage your staff
• Master advanced interview techniques
• Handle crises with confidence and clarity
• Deliver powerful lectures
• Understand the intricate transformation of energy
• Communicate effectively with the public and promote your Intensives
• Lead the integration day after an Enlightenment Intensive with grace and ease

3. Personalized consultation and mentorship
   As you step into the role of Master, you’ll receive guidance and mentorship as you organize and lead your first five Enlightenment Intensives.

Prerequisites:

• Fluent in English
• Completion of an intake interview
• Senior Monitor Training completed, with sufficient experience as a Senior Monitor

(Note: Prior experience with Enlightenment Intensives, whether taken or staffed, will count towards the training requirements. You will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the entire program.)

Long-Term Potential:
Some graduates choose to keep other careers while offering Enlightenment Intensives as a way to contribute meaningfully to the world. Others embrace it full-time, dedicating themselves to this work and offering related services. For those who lead these Intensives, it becomes a deeply spiritual and transformative experience—one that continues to shape and enrich their lives.
